Job Description
• Start date: ASAP
• Floating Expectation: No
• First Time Traveler: Yes but 1st time travelers must be screened
• Ratios: Days 1:25
• Years of experience 2-year acute medical Social Work experience performing both roles of Social work and discharge planning
• Weekend REQ: typically one full weekend per 4 weeks, subject to dept. need
