Day 3x12-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
Work experience:
Acute medical hospital inpatient Social Work experience performing both roles of Care Coordination.

EPIC
Education:
MSW
License:
LCSW is preferred. (Not mandate)
Total Taxable $720.00 Total Non-Taxable $1,680.00 Total Gross $2,400.00
