Overview
Cardiac Sonographer (Echo Tech) – Travel assignment in the hospital setting. Start date 11/02/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,158 per week to $2,367 per week. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Shift: 10-hour days, four days per week (10x4). This travel role requires travel assignments with no local candidates within 50 miles of the assignment location. Location: United States (travel assignment).

Responsibilities
Perform transthoracic echocardiography and related cardiac imaging per physician orders
Operate ultrasound equipment, acquire and optimize high-quality cardiac images, and document findings
Provide preliminary results and communicate with the cardiology team; assist with specialized studies as neededMaintain patient safety and comfort, uphold infection control and standard safety protocols
Adhere to approved protocols and accurately document procedures in patient records
Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to coordinate timely examinations and follow-up as required
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in echocardiography (cardiac sonography)
Appropriate credential in echocardiography: RDCS (ARDMS) and/or RCS or RCCS (CCI); Canadian CRCS (Sonography Canada); ACS (CCI
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Ability to work in a hospital setting and meet the documented holiday coverage requirements
Active credentialing to perform echocardiography and maintain clinical competencies
