Special Education Teacher Opportunity

Your assignment will focus on an EBD (Emotional Behavior Disorders) caseload at the middle school level. Being part of this full-time opportunity starting August 22nd means you'll have the chance to impact students' lives while growing both personally and professionally.
Qualifications
Valid teaching certification in Special Education (state of Minnesota or eligibility for reciprocity)
Experience or strong interest in EBD (Emotional Behavior Disorders) caseloads
Previous middle school teaching experience preferred
Strong behavioral management, communication, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities
Provide specialized instruction and support to middle school students with emotional and behavioral challenges
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and support staff
Develop and implement effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
Foster an inclusive, structured, and positive classroom environment
Regularly assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies
