Qualifications / Desired Experience:
Valid Special Education teaching certification (state-specific or eligibility for NM certification)
Previous experience working with diverse student populations and individualized education programs (IEPs)
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
A commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment
Responsibilities / Duties: Develop and implement individualized education plans for students
Adapt instructional methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
Work collaboratively with general education staff, support professionals, and families
Assess student progress regularly and document outcomes
