Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking multiple onsite licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support a school district in Mcdonough, GA only 30 miles outside of Atlanta for the School Year. This opportunity is ideal for a school-based SLP who values interdisciplinary collaboration, structured support, and the ability to directly impact students’ communication development within an educational setting.
Caseload : 45-50
Student Population: PK-5th Grade (options available in other age/grade levels as well)
Schedule : 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type : W2
Start Date : 8/3/2026
End Date : School Year
Work Arrangement : In Person
Compensation is customized based on experience, credentials, and travel eligibility and will be discussed prior to district submission.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based Responsibilities
Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
Complete Medicaid billing (if applicable)
Maintain therapy schedules and service logs
Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings
Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs
Provide direct therapy services (individual and group)
Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication
Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate
Qualifications :
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
Active Georgia License in Speech-Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP) are encouraged to apply.
Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required. Clinical internship or practicum experience in a school setting will be considered for Clinical Fellows.
Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation
