We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide specialized therapy services aimed at improving communication and swallowing functions in patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, and delivering high-quality therapy in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines.
Responsibilities
n Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for a variety of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Develop and regularly update individualized treatment and discharge plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Document services rendered in compliance with relevant regulations and facility standards.
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and their families to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain adherence to all infection control and safety protocols throughout therapy delivery.
n Qualifications
n Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
Current state Speech-Language Pathology license.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
