We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled therapy for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver high-quality therapy while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines.
Responsibilities
n Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans tailored to patient needs.
Document all services in accordance with regulations and facility standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to enhance therapy outcomes.
Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols.
n Qualifications
n Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
Current state Speech-Language Pathologist license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
