This contract runs full time, Monday through Friday (37.5 hours weekly), from now until May 25th, 2027. Collaborating with dedicated educational professionals, you'll build your resume and professional skillset by embracing diverse workplace practices and learning new leadership approaches in school-based speech therapy. With a caseload of approximately 85 students, you'll have the chance to provide meaningful support and make a visible difference, all while developing expertise that will serve you throughout your career.
Key Qualifications:
Valid SLPA licensure/certification for Texas
Minimum of 1 year experience working as an SLPA (school setting preferred)
Ability to work full-time, onsite Monday through Friday
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities: Provide speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
Implement treatment plans and document student progress
Collaborate with staff and families to support student communication needs
Maintain compliance with school policies and professional standards
