Job description
Sweetwater Care in the United States is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy for patients with speech, language, swallowing and cognitive disorders in a SNF setting. You will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans and document progress under physician orders.
You will collaborate with other clinicians, ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, and deliver a full range of speech therapy modalities to improve patients' communication and safety of swallowing.
