Key Qualifications:
Valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
SLP-CCC credentials required
Previous experience in a K-12 educational setting highly valued
Ability to independently manage a caseload of 30-40 elementary students
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and deliver speech/language therapy to elementary students
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
Maintain detailed records and adhere to compliance standards
Contribute to a positive and dynamic school environment
