Qualifications:
Active SLP license (Arkansas) required; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) a plus
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
Key Responsibilities: Provide onsite speech-language therapy for a caseload of 36-40 students at a daycare center
Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and implement targeted interventions
Work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in regular progress meetings
