Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in New Jersey
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, strong CFs considered
Previous experience in school settings beneficial, but not required
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech and language services to K-12 students
Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary professionals to support students' needs
Maintain accurate records and support the development of IEP goals
Engage in ongoing progress monitoring and adapt interventions as needed
