Details Long-term care nursing facility setting with short-term rehabilitation services 102-bed facility Days shift, 8-hour shifts No weekend requirements No on-call requirements 13-week assignment length Requirements Minimum 2 years of SLP experience required Valid TX Speech-Language Pathology license or compact license required, if applicable License required if applicable Additional Information Develop treatment plans to improve swallowing, cognitive, and communication abilities, and decrease aspiration risk Design communication strategies to help residents be better understood and understand others Lead, guide, and direct speech-language pathology and audiology services in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations Ensure care and services align with established facility policies and procedures American Traveler Job ID P- .
