Serving on the Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) team with children aged 3-5, you'll contribute meaningfully to young learners' communication skills while expanding your own professional toolkit. Working as an onsite SLP within a diverse district setting offers learning opportunities you won't find elsewhere-gain exposure to varied workplace practices, discover leadership styles, and build your resume with valuable, in-demand skills.
Qualifications:
Current and valid Minnesota SLP license (must be provided with the resume for consideration)
Experience or comfort working in a school environment, serving early childhood caseloads (ages 3-5)
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Familiarity with ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education) practices preferred
Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language therapy services to a caseload of ECSE students (ages 3-5)
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with educators and families to support each student's goals
Maintain clear documentation and contribute to IEP development
Provide coverage for a 12-week assignment (September 7, 2026-November 30, 2026), working three onsite days per week
