Qualifications:
Current and valid SLP license (or eligibility) for Massachusetts
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Previous experience in school-based SLP settings is highly desirable
Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
Ability to travel and adapt to new environments
Responsibilities: Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication challenges
Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain detailed documentation on student progress
Deliver engaging group and one-on-one therapy sessions
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
