Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Valid SLP state license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Previous experience in K-12 school settings preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to individualized student care and documentation
Primary Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and screenings for speech, language, and communication deficits
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
Maintain accurate student records and progress reports in compliance with school and district policies
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to special education services
