Job Title: Step down Registered Nurse
Location: Cookeville, TN

Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00 (Night, Every other weekend)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: BLS/ACLS
Responsibilities:
Provide specialized nursing care to step down patients in a hospital setting.
Monitor patient vital signs and respond to acute changes requiring immediate attention.
Administer medications and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly.
