Job description
Fastaff Travel Nursing in Springfield, Missouri is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a 13-week assignment starting 10/05/2026. You’ll work 12-hour day shifts, 48 hours per week, delivering patient care on a stepdown unit.
As a Stepdown RN, you’ll monitor vital signs, detect changes in condition, administer medications, and provide hands-on care for patients who require frequent assessment but not ICU-level treatment, supporting hospitals’ urgent staffing needs.
