Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment (specific shift times provided during interview process).
Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing.
Minimum of 1-2 years recent experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit settings.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
Adaptability and commitment to high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to acutely ill patients requiring cardiac or respiratory monitoring.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Monitor patient progress and promptly recognize changes in condition.
Administer medications, infusions, and perform frequent assessments.
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-discharge care.
Document all care accurately and in real time.

$2,001 - $2,189/WeekEstimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
