Job description
American Traveler seeks an experienced Surgical Technician for a CVOR position requiring cardiac and vascular surgery expertise.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience required
CST certification or RN license required if applicable
BLS certification required
Experienced in cardiac and vascular surgical procedures
Additional total joint or neuro/spine experience required unless specific cardiac/vascular OR experience is present
Responsibilities
Inpatient Surgery unit within a 24-OR facility
Cardiac and vascular surgical case population
1:1 patient ratio
3x12-hour AM shifts totaling 36 hours per week
Possible on-call requirements
Possible one weekend per month and possible holiday coverage
Support cardiac and vascular surgical procedures within a high-acuity OR environment
Work alongside a specialized surgical team in a large multi-OR facility
Two professional references required for consideration
