Travel Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Description We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment. This position requires a dedicated professional capable of providing high-quality patient care in a general medical-surgical inpatient nursing unit.
Position Details Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Floating and call: Required
Responsibilities Perform general medical-surgical nursing duties.
Care for occasional non-critical pediatric patients as needed.
Maintain patient ratios of 1:6.
Utilize EMR system: MedHost.
Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in Med/Surg nursing.
Current BLS certification is required.
ACLS and PALS certifications are preferred.
All travelers must undergo a fingerprinting process as mandated by the state.
Location This position is based in Carlsbad, NM.
