Travel Tele LPN – Gifted Healthcare
Join Gifted Healthcare as a Travel Tele LPN and provide high-quality patient care across leading facilities nationwide. In this travel role, you’ll support telemetry and step-down units via in-person and telehealth workflows, monitoring patients, administering medications, and documenting care in electronic health records. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs and providers, escalate changes in condition, and educate patients and families.
