Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Float Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Concord, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/03/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Telemetry Medical Surgical Float Nurse Location: unspecified. This position involves providing specialized nursing care in a telemetry and medical-surgical environment at night shifts. The role requires prior experience in telemetry and meditech systems, with a focus on patient monitoring and clinical support. Job Details Position Description: Telemetry Medical Surgical Float Nurse. The role involves working in a hospital setting with a focus on telemetry and medical-surgical patient care, including floating to similar units as needed. Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: MA RN license; BLS certification (ARC or AHA); recent telemetry and meditech experience; minimum of 3 years prior medical-surgical and telemetry experience; travel experience required; float rotation may be required. Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, 36 hours per week, every other weekend and holiday. Additional Information: Tele test given on first day of orientation.
