Description
American Traveler is seeking a Telemetry RN with at least one year of recent specialty experience and an active TX or compact RN license.
Details
Work on the 3 West Telemetry unit in a hospital environment
Provides care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring and telemetry
Day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM for a 13-week contract
No local candidates permitted; must reside outside a 50-mile radius
Requirements
Active TX or compact RN license in hand
Minimum of one year of recent telemetry RN experience
American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS certification required
NIH Stroke Certification required
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the last 12 months
US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
At least one professional reference required for candidates from Texas
Additional Information
Responsibilities include monitoring cardiac rhythms, administering medications, and managing telemetry equipment
