Concentric Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Mt Clemens, Michigan.

Candidates residing within 50-100 miles of the facility may be subject to a reduced rate or may not be accepted.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssess the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of each patient to inform individualized care planning
Plan and implement nursing care according to patient and family needs, making appropriate interventions based on individual patient conditions
Evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions and adjust care plans accordingly
Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to maintain standards for professional nursing practice
Direct, coordinate, and delegate activities to foster patient- and family-centered care
Assume personal responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, and professional development
Required QualificationsActive Michigan RN license (LARA and Nursys verification required)
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of Registered Nurse experience required
Completion of at least 1 prior travel assignment required
Skills checklist completed within the past year is required for RN applicants
Candidates with a permanent address within 35 miles of the facility are considered local travelers and may be subject to an adjusted travel rate
Preferred Experience / SkillsExperience with Paragon EMR
ACLS certification
