Job description
Stability Healthcare is seeking a Telemetry RN for a travel assignment in Urbana, Illinois. The role focuses on monitoring patient vital signs using telemetry equipment after surgery and providing care during a 13‑week contract.
Schedule features 36 hours per week with 12‑hour night shifts under a travel employment type. The package includes a $600 travel bonus, day‑1 health insurance, a PTO plan starting day 1, a guaranteed stipend if you are called off, and an extra hour bonus for overtime.
