Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Alexandria, Louisiana. The Telemetry RN will provide cardiac and medical-surgical care on days, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, as a travel assignment. Start date is 10/19/2026 with a 13-week duration.
Responsibilities include managing cardiac drips, monitoring patient status, documenting care, and educating patients and families while coordinating with the healthcare team to ensure safe, quality care.
