Job description
Cross Country Nurses seeks a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel assignment in Saint Peters, Missouri. The Telemetry RN will provide specialized care for adult and geriatric patients, including stroke and post-cardiac catheter care, rotating between units as needed.
The role requires ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, EPIC charting, and two years of telemetry experience, with night shifts and a 36-hour minimum weekly schedule. Housing options and travel reimbursement are provided.
