Job description
TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN for Med Surg / Telemetry in Saint Louis, Missouri. You will provide bedside nursing care for telemetry patients and collaborate with the hospital team on patient monitoring and interventions.
The assignment is 13 weeks, 48 hours per week on 12-hour nights. ACLS/BLS/NIH certifications are required, with 1–2 years acute care experience preferred. Telemetry duties include monitoring heart rate, rhythm, vital signs, and responding to abnormal readings.
