Job description
American Traveler is hiring a Travel Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer with at least 6 months of current sonography experience for a 13-week assignment.
Requirements
Minimum of 6 months current Sonographer experience
BLS certification required
ARRT (S) or ARDMS certification required
Active CO license required if applicable
Prior Meditech experience preferred
Rad Tech experience preferred
Responsibilities
Ultrasound department within a 150-bed hospital
Unit staffed with 3 day shift and 1 night shift sonographers
Uses GE LOGIC E10 ultrasound equipment
Meditech EMR used for documentationTypical procedures include abdominal/pelvic ultrasounds and DVT studies
Schedule is Thursday through Saturday, 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Ideal candidates are flexible and kind team players
First-time travelers may be considered
Local candidates will not be considered due to a 50-mile radius rule
No gaps in work history exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months
