A leading wound care provider in Grand Island seeks a full-time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to handle wound management for residents across multiple skilled nursing facilities. Responsibilities include evaluating care, treating wound-related illnesses, and collaborating with primary care physicians. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Nursing, be a licensed registered nurse, and demonstrate excellent organizational and analytical skills.
