Job description
Healing Partners is seeking a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to lead health care for residents in long-term care facilities, with daily travel to multiple locations. You will evaluate, treat, and coordinate wound care, diagnostic follow-ups, and physician communications.
The role emphasizes debridement and topical wound management, under supervision of the medical director. Requires an active APRN license, RN licensure in the state, and a Master’s in Nursing.
