Job description
Ascend Medical is seeking an experienced Wound Care Nurse (LPN or RN) to support our growing wound care program across Northeast Georgia. This traveling, home-to-home role covers Buford, Braselton, Lawrenceville, Snellville, Loganville and nearby areas, with a 3-day-per-week schedule.
Applicants should have wound care expertise, be comfortable working independently, and possess a Georgia LPN or RN license with at least 2 years of wound care experience. Travel between clinics is required.
