Seeking an experienced Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week outpatient wound care assignment working 4 days per week with shifts from 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM and 36 guaranteed hours per week. The RN will provide specialized wound and ostomy care in an outpatient procedural setting, collaborating closely with providers to develop and carry out individualized treatment plans. This role also includes inpatient and emergency department wound consultations as needed. Candidates should be highly skilled in wound assessment, wound management techniques, and patient education.
Requirements
Active Wisconsin RN License or Compact RN License required
BLS Certification (AHA or ARC) required
Minimum 2 years of wound care experience or wound care certification required
Wound and ostomy certification preferred
Epic charting experience required
Must reside 50+ miles from facility
Willingness to float to additional wound clinic locations as needed
No weekends or holiday requirements
