Physical Therapy Job
Job Summary:
Department: Physical Therapy
Shift Timings: 08:00 – 17:00 (Monday to Friday, 5 days/week, 8 hours/day) Weekly Hours: 40 hours
Location: Must be local to Livingston County, MI (primarily serving Brighton, Howell, Pinckney, Whitmore Lake, etc.)
Additional Details: Occasional weekend visits; no rotating shifts
Holiday Rotation: No holidays at this time
System Access: EPIC
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience.
SNF experience required.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patient conditions.
Develop, revise, and evaluate care plans in collaboration with patients and families.
Perform physical therapy interventions using standard techniques suited to the patient's condition.
Supervise physical therapy assistants, students, and support personnel.
Available for some holiday shifts and one weekend per month.
