Job description
LaserAway seeks an Aesthetic Nurse Educator - Clinical Trainer to lead and scale training across Peninsula, City, and Marin locations. This field-based role drives adherence to clinical standards, supports onboarding, and strengthens provider performance through hands-on coaching.
You will coach Lead Clinicians, conduct audits, and implement improvement plans while traveling extensively to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care across clinics.
