What Youll Do:
Lead and motivate construction crews on agricultural, commercial, and industrial projects.
Coordinate daily jobsite activities to keep projects on schedule.
Ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Read blueprints and oversee project execution.
Train and mentor crew members while promoting teamwork and accountability.
Manage materials, equipment, and jobsite resources.
Communicate with Superintendents, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
What Were Looking For:
3+ years of construction experience.
Prior Foreman, Crew Leader, or leadership experience preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
Valid drivers license required.
