You'll travel to top-tier commercial sites across the U.S. while being based in Southern CaliforniaWe're looking for motivated professionals who take pride in quality work, know their trade, and want to be part of a reliable, respected team.What You'll Do:Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial environmentsInterpret blueprints, drawings, and site specsEnsure all work meets local and national plumbing codesWork hand-in-hand with electricians, HVAC, and general contractorsTravel to different states to complete projects (lodging and travel paid)What You Must Have:Strong background in commercial plumbingClean driving record and ability to pass background checks (required by our clients)Willingness and availability to travel frequentlyAbility to work independently and communicate professionally on-siteSubstantial hands-on plumbing experience, not merely general maintenance or construction experience.Employment history that can be independently verified with prior employers.Clear evidence of actual plumbing duties—installation, repair, troubleshooting, piping, fixtures, drains, water systems, etc.What You Get:$60/day Per Diem (travel days included)Company-paid hotels + airfare + transportationWeekly pay via direct depositMedical, dental, vision, 401(k), and HSAConsistent, long-term workSupportive leadership that respects your time, talent, and safetyRequirementsPhysical Requirements:Lift 50+ lbs, bend/kneel/climb laddersWork in confined spaces or variable weatherReady to Join a Professional, No-Nonsense Team?We are ready to hire now.
