Job description
Signature HealthCARE KY, Louisville seeks a Director of Nursing Float with a detail-oriented approach and strong knowledge of nursing policies and regulations. The role requires travel to multiple sites Monday–Friday, with overnight stays as needed, to maintain continuous, high-quality resident care.
The incumbent will lead nursing operations in the absence of the DON, coach staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement state/federal requirements across facilities.
