Job description
Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager in Kentucky to oversee restaurant management teams district-wide. You will ensure staffing, coaching, and training to drive guest satisfaction, financial performance, and compliance with company standards.
Leadership across multiple units, accountability for P&L, and active recruitment of GM/GMIT roles are key aspects. Travel to stores 4–5 days/week is required; a strong track record in hospitality is essential.
