Job description
Legacy Healthcare is seeking a Mobile Director of Nursing to join a friendly, caring, and supportive team. The role involves traveling to various Iowa locations to provide DON coverage, overseeing the Clinical Department, and ensuring residents receive a high standard of care.
As acting Director of Nursing, you will lead the nursing team, set goals, and problem-solve with a focus on creating a positive facility culture. This PRN–as-needed role may include DON, ADON, and MDS duties.
