Job description
Community Health Centers of South Central Texas, Inc. is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner for a full-time role at our Luling Community Health Center and Lockhart Family Practice Center locations. Travel between sites is required to provide comprehensive patient care.
You will conduct assessments, diagnose illnesses, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, while educating patients and families on prevention and healthy lifestyles as part of a committed community health mission.
