Job description
Trinity Services Group, a TKC Holdings Company, seeks a Food Service Director to travel to multiple NY correctional facilities and run a single-site food service operation with one kitchen and under 1,000 inmates.
You will oversee staff, manage finances, ensure compliance with health codes, and maintain daily/monthly reporting. The role requires strong leadership, food service experience, and willingness to travel up to 75% with on-site work in corrections facilities.
