Spencer Construction is seeking a Heavy Civil Construction Superintendent to oversee all phases of complex projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and quality. You will supervise crews, manage budgets, and coordinate with subcontractors on sites across Texas.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in heavy civil construction with supervisory experience, a degree in civil engineering or construction management, and the ability to travel 85–90%.
