Job description
Sweetwater Care is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home therapy services in Montana. You will interview clients, assess progress, and develop personalized treatment plans that can be carried out in the home.
The role involves coordinating with other healthcare professionals, traveling to client homes, and applying therapeutic techniques to relieve pain and improve function. A MT PT license and driver's license are required.
