Job description
Sweetwater Care is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home treatment and create individualized plans for patients in Montana. You will assess progress, set goals, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals during home visits.
Requirements include current PT license in the state, 1+ year of clinical experience preferred, knowledge of current therapy practices, and a valid driver's license with auto liability insurance. Travel to various home-care settings is expected.
