Job description
Frontpoint Health is seeking a Hospice Nurse (or RN) in Highland, Indiana, to provide essential healthcare services in patients' homes. You'll manage patient care with responsibilities that include IV administration, wound care, and comprehensive assessments.
Ideal candidates will have a current Texas RN license and at least 2 years of Home Health experience. Reliable transportation, CPR certification, and EMR experience are also required. The position emphasizes patient comfort and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.
