Job description
Statewide Remodeling, a Renuity Company, seeks a Sales Training Manager to design and execute our in-home sales training strategy. You will onboard new consultants, build advanced learning paths, and create leadership programs for sales managers, while developing content across instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced formats.
Travel to local markets statewide is required to deliver coaching, mentoring, and field observations, driving improvements in close rates, AOV, and customer experience.
