Job description
The Children’s Home of Reading seeks a Lead Medical Coordinator (RN) to oversee health services across its ORR program at Bethlehem and Doylestown, PA. You will conduct health screenings, monitor medical needs, manage confidential records, and coordinate with external providers.
This role requires RN licensure with a Bachelor’s degree or higher health-related credential; experience in public health or care coordination preferred; and willingness to travel between sites.
